Cooking and Food as African lifestyle experience

This special project of the South Africans Ingmar Niezen (food stylist), Sean Fitzpatrick (photographer) and Kenyan Peninah Njuguna (graphic designer) gives a special insight into the African cuisine. An inside look in people’s cooking and kitchen gives the personal stories behind the dishes.  Several photographs from the book will be exposed on the walls, placemats, table cloths and other surfaces in the Township Café. Combined with the delicious meals served the Township café everybody can  taste a delicious Africa.
